We are not a software company!! We instruct the developers what to put on the screen, not how to put it there. Our focus remains on the “end user” experience, not bits and bytes.

We practise what we preach. Being in a unique position wherein major customers have totally outsourced the management of their induction processes to us, we use our solutions on a daily basis and are acutely aware of how our systems are used and abused by end users. This “coal face” exposure allows us to recognise and correct issues, or develop enhancements very quickly, rather than wait a year or two for the next product upgrade.
