What to Bring

Thiess Inductees
MUST produce Section 4 of their current Coal Board Medical and Generic Passport Card.

Leighton Contractor Inductees
MUST produce Section 4 of their current Coal Board Medical, Generic Passport Card and Drivers License.

BMA Goonyella Riversides Inductees
MUST produce Section 4 of their current Coal Board Medical, Generic Passport Card, SGS Card and a Drug and Alcohol Test NO older than 5 days old.

These can be faxed to (07) 4957 8648 or emailed to bookings@smarthr.com.au prior to a booked induction session.

NOTE: These documents are a manadatory requirement therefore NO documents equals NO inductions.
