About Us

Smart HR Solutions originated out of the Chandler Macleod Group. Nicholas Flor initiated the creation of this business from its inception whilst working for CMG for approx 8.5 years before purchasing it outright on 1^st December 2008. Since then, the elimination of a “publicly listed company” business model has seen this business flourish.

We are proud to advise that we are still providing daily services to our first ever client, and continue to look for innovative solutions to assist them in their operations.  

We continue to employ highly skilled team members, and to grow a quality group of training facilities under sub contract arrangements, to give our customers the flexibility they require to move more and more tasks off site. We currently manage a network of facilities in Townsville, Collinsville, Mackay, Emerald, Rockhampton and Brisbane, with additional sites in Regional Qld and NSW currently being closely considered. 

“Success only comes before work in the dictionary” and “Treat others as you would like to be treated”. These two mottos are the basic principles fundamental to our business culture. This is also the reason why our business relationships remain strong many years after they were initiated.
